摘要
以工业氧化铝为主要原料,引入不同的外加剂,在1360~1420℃下煅烧制备高铝陶粒支撑剂。研究不同外加剂的引入对陶粒支撑剂耐酸性的影响。研究结果表明:一定比例SiO2、MgO、CaO复合外加剂的引入能降低陶粒支撑剂的烧成温度,提高陶粒耐酸性能,经过XRD、SEM分析可知,耐酸性提高是由于复合矿化剂MgO、CaO与Al2O3在晶界处形成第二相,抑制晶粒生长,使晶粒细化、结构致密化,低气孔率、高致密结构降低了酸对样品的侵蚀速度。
Using industrial alumina as the main raw materials, adding suitable auxiliary materials, high-alumina ceramic proppants were sintered at 1360- 1420℃ . The influences of different auxiliary materials on acid resistance of ceramic proppants were studied. The results show that the additives of certain percentage SiO2, MgO, CaO complex additive can reduce the sintering temperature and improve acid resistance. The mechanism study of acid resistance improve using XRD and SEM shows that the formed of second phase restrain the grain growth and refine grain crystal size, and high density structure reduces the erosion rate of acid in samples.
