摘要
对国内外微电网和分布式电源并网标准的现状进行了介绍,发现不同国家和地区的互连标准各不相同。选取了具有代表性的美国、加拿大、英国和中国的分布式电源并网标准来具体分析,从技术规格和要求、安全和保护以及电能质量等方面进行对比,指明了不同标准间的基本内涵和差异,为我国分布式电源并网标准的制订和修改提供了参考。
This paper introduces the existing standards for integration of microgrids and distributed generations (DG) at home and abroad, showing that the technical requirements and standards of DG interconnection are different from country to country. Representative standards for DG integration, being executed in America, Canada, British and China, are chosen to be analyzed specifically and compared in the aspect of technical specifications and require- ments, safety and protection, as well as power quality. Main differences of these standards are pointed' out, with a view to providing some suggestions on the drafting and revision of standards for integration of microgrids and DG in China.
