Comparative Analysis of the Power Grid Utilization Rate Between China and Abroad

摘要 电网利用率是评价电网公司运营效率的重要指标。选取我国西北电网、华东电网,美国PJM、纽约电网和澳大利亚电网,以相关电力市场或电网公司公开的数据为基础,计算其电网利用率指标,并将其对应电压等级的相关指标进行比较分析。在此基础上对影响国内电网利用率的相关因素进行了详细分析,提出了考虑全寿命周期的单位电量输电成本指标。算例分析表明,单纯以设备利用率指标对比国内外电网运营效率具有明显的不合理性,必须通过全寿命周期视角对电网运营效率进行综合评价。 Power grid utilization rate is an important index to evaluate the operation efficiency of the grid companies. This paper selects Northwest China Power Grid, East China Power Grid, PJM from the United States, New York Grid and Australia Grid as research subjects, and calculates their respective grid utilization indicators based on the data is- sued by their electricity markets or grid companies. Then comparisons are made between their related indicators of the corresponding voltage grade. Thereupon, it makes a detailed analysis of the relevant factors affecting the domestic power grid utilizati6n rate, and puts forward the index of transmission cost per kwh considering the total life cycle. The example analysis indicates that it's unreasonable to compare the power grid operation efficiency between China and abroad simply based on the equipment utilization rate indicators; however, a comprehensive evaluation system is required from the life-cycle perspective.
