摘要
系统地介绍了容灾理论,包括容灾的概念、分类、等级和评价指标等,提出了电力调度容灾系统框架,针对于电力调度中心的灾备特点给出了电力调度中心容灾体系架构设计,给出了不同级别的电力调度中心容灾体系方案。
The paper systematically introduces the theory of disaster tolerance, including the concept, classification, grading and evaluation indicators, etc. Then based on the disaster tolerance characteristics in power dispatching cen- ter, it formulates the disaster tolerance system framework. Finally, the disaster tolerance system schemes are defined for the different-level power dispatching centers.
