摘要 通过100℃下XLPE电缆绝缘的热老化实验,对其进行力学性能测试、热重分析、红外光谱测试,通过显著性检验,提取与断裂伸长率相关性大的参量,建立XLPE电力电缆绝缘老化预测模型。该模型可以有效表征电缆老化状态,用于指导实际电缆状态分析,并预测电缆绝缘的老化程度。 In the 100℃ thermal aging test on XLPE cable insulation, including its mechanical property testing, ther- mo-gravimetric analysis and infrared spectrometry testing, the parameters in remarkable correlation with elongation at break are extracted by the significance test, and thereupon the prediction model for XLPE power cable insulation ag- ing is established. The model can effectively express the cable aging state, provide guidance for practical cable state analysis, and predict cable insulation aging state.
