摘要
从体现在电网侧的电费缴纳方式增量成本和体现在用户侧的电费缴纳方式社会效益两个方面出发对电费缴纳方式进行研究,建立了电费缴纳方式评价模型。对电网公司电费缴纳方式的增量成本基于增量分析法进行研究,对电费缴纳方式社会效益则基于模糊综合评价进行评价,对电费缴纳方式进行比选。以某市的8种电费缴纳方式为例对模型进行了适用性论证,得出该市银行代扣是值得推广的电费缴纳方式。
This paper studies the electricity payment methods from the grid-side incremental costs and user-side social benefits, and establishes the evaluation model. For the two sides, the incremental analysis method and the fuzzy com- prehensive evaluation method are used respectively. Thereby, the electricity payment methods can be sorted out sci- entifically and comprehensively. Finally, eight electricity payment methods in a sample city were used to demonstrate the practicality of the model. Accordingly the automatic bank deduction is recommended as an effective electricity payment method.
