阐述了自配酸铜光亮剂的好处。指出最简单的M(2巯基苯并咪唑)–N(乙撑硫脲)–SP(聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠)–P(聚乙二醇)体系所存在的问题及改进方法。给出了一种二液型酸铜光亮剂的配方。总结了可能导致自配酸铜光亮剂失败的原因。
The advantages of self-making brighteners foracid copper plating were described. The problem andimprovement of the simplest brightener formulationcomprising M (2-mercaptobenzimidazole), N (ethylenethiourea), SP (sodium 3,3 '-dithiobispropanesulfonate), and P(polyethylene glycol) were introduced. The formulation of atwo-part brightener for acid copper plating was presented.
The reasons for failure of self-making brighteners for acidcopper plating were summarized.
