摘要
研究了电渗析法去除电镀镍回收液中有机物的工艺。考察了不同工作电压、进料流量和浓室流量对COD去除的影响。结果表明:当工作电压为5.5V、进料量为6L/h、浓室流量为6L/h时,COD的相对去除率可达56.9%。本研究为电镀镍回收液的净化提供了新的思路和方法。
A process for removing organics from thereclaimed nickel plating solution by electrodialysis wasstudied. The effects of working voltage, feeding flux, andconcentrate flow rate on removal of COD were examined.The results showed that the relative removal rate of COD canreach 56.9% at working voltage 5.5 V, feeding flux 6 L/h,and concentrate flow rate 6 L/h. The research provides anovel idea and method for purification of reclaimed nickelplating solution.
