多元微电解降解铝制品镀镍染色废水

Degradation of nickel plating and dyeing wastewater of aluminum products by multiple microelectrolysis

摘要 以多孔结构的多元合金为填料,采用微电解法处理镀镍染色有机废水。以废水COD(化学需氧量)去除效率为指标,研究了废水初始pH、填充比、微电解时间等对废水处理效果的影响。多元微电解处理镀镍染色废水的最佳工艺为:初始pH3.0,填充比1∶1,时间120min,充氧曝气。在最优工艺下,COD的平均去除率为74.7%,出水COD、镍及总铬的平均质量浓度分别为74.8、0.066和0.067mg/L,总铁含量也小于0.5mg/L,满足GB21900–2008的排放要求。 A nickel plating and dyeing wastewater wastreated by microelectrolysis using porous multicomponentalloys as filler. The influence of influent pH, flller-to-wastewater volume ratio, and microelectrolysis time on thetreatment effect of wastewater was studied, taking COD(chemical oxygen demand) removal rate as an index. Theoptimal process conditions for treating the nickel plating anddyeing wastewater by multiple microelectrolysis are asfollows: initial pH 3.0, filler-to-wastewater volume ratio 1:1,time 120 min, and oxygen aeration. Under the optimalprocess conditions, the average removal rate of COD is74.7%, the average mass concentrations of COD, nickel, andtotal chromium in effluent are 74.8 mg/L, 0.066 mg/L, and0.067 mg/L respectively,and the content of total iron is lessthan 0.5 mg/L, meeting the emission standard of GB21900-2008.
