Objective Study of serum anti -Mullefian hormone(AMH) levels in the early prediction of premature ovarian failure (POF) and its clinical significance. Methods The 41 patients in POF group and 37 patients in group POF women' s serum AMH level was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( FSH), follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol (E2) measured by electrochemiluminescence detection at the same time,31 women with normal menstrual cycle as control group; and made a comparative analysis the group was divided into two age groups. Results The blood serum AMH level is highest in the menstruation normal group, encircles in the POF group to drop obviously, but is lowest in the POF menopause group, the difference has statistics sig- nificance ( P 〈 0.05 ), Levels of FSH and LH in the POF menopause significantly higher than the control groups, wait POF group also increased slightly. The E2 level is lowest in the POF menopause group, compared with the normal control group was statistically signifi- cant (P 〈 0. 05 ), Wait POF and normal groups not significantly different (P 〉 0.05 ) ;the low age section woman AMH level is higher than the great age section between different( P 〈 0. 05 ) ,FSH ,LH and E2 level no difference( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The AMH level grows along with the age drops gradually is a sensitive indicator of ovarian function decline, combined FSH and LH and E2 levels have a certain value in the early prediction of premature ovarian failure.
