摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床治疗措施。方法回顾我科收治的112例糖尿病合并脑梗死住院患者的临床资料。结果糖尿病合并脑梗死的患者与血糖控制水平密切相关。结论糖尿病合并脑梗死致残率高,病情严重,糖尿病为急性脑血管病重要的独立危险因素,应严格控制血糖、血压和纠正血脂是预防糖尿病合并脑梗死的重要手段。
Objective Clinical study on treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods A retrospective clinical data of hospitalized patients admitted to this hospital 112 eases of diabetic patients with cerebral infarction. Results Closely related to diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction patients and the level of blood glucose control. Conclusion Diabetic patients with cerebral infarction disability, serious illness, diabetes is an important independent risk factor for acute cerebrovaseular disease, strictly controlled blood sugar, blood pressure and corrective lipids is an important means of prevention of diabetes with cerebral infarction.
