基因重组αA-干扰素体外诱导人外周血NK细胞的活性

摘要 作者应用基因重组αA-干扰素(αA-IFN)及胎儿胸腺肽诱导正常人外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)中NK细胞活性,结果表明单用基因重组αA-IFN1×10~4U/ml及xA-IEN 10~4U/ml和胎儿胸腺肽0.1mg/ml联用经短时间(2.5h及72h)培养淋巴细胞可以增强NK细胞的杀伤活性(31.4%及42%),表明αA-IFN与胎儿胸腺肽联用有协同效应. The authors investigated the activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL ) treated with gene recombinant αA -interferon (αA -IFN)or combined gene recombinant aA - IFN with thymopeptid in vitro . It is confirmed that incubation of lymphocyte with gene recombinant a A - IFN 2 ×104 U ml or combined gene recombinant αA - IFN 104 U/ml with thymopeptid 0.1 mg/ml in 2.5 h and 72 h in vitro can increase the natural killer (NK ) cell cytotoxic activity (31.4% and 42% ). The results show that αA - IFN has a cooperative effect with fetal thymopeptid.
