摘要
将3只家兔的自身皮片细致平展地植入背部皮下,分别于实验后2,4,6,8,10,12d取材,冰冻切片,行HE,DIF和PAP染色,以动态观察抗角蛋白自身抗体(AK auto Ab)对自身表皮作用.结果显示,植入的自身表皮能迅速增生、延伸、包绕角蛋白,终成囊肿.表皮增生以前,在其用质层附近已出现特异的IgG沉着,增生表皮的颗粒层、角蛋白物质和脱落角朊细胞胞浆内沉积的IgG明显增多,角蛋白物质被完全封闭后上述部位的IgG渐少.因此,AK auto Ab与角蛋白的结合很可能为表皮上述反应提供了最早的“生物信息”;而角化不良细胞、透明小体很可能是AK auto Ab作用于脱落角朊细胞的结果.
Autografts of skin of 3 rabbits were embedded in the subculis of their backs . Samplings were separately taken 2,4,6,8,10 and 12 d after grafting. A dynamic observation of the effects of the anti - keratin autoantibodics (AK auto Ab ) on the autoepkkarmis were made by HE , DIP and PAP staining? on frozen sections . It was shown that the embedded autoepidermis could rapidly proliferate .extend and surround the keratin to form cysts .The specific IgG deposition was seen near the stratum corncum before the epidermis was proliferated, and also there were obvious increases of IgG deposited in the granular layer of proliferated epidermis , keratin and exfoliative keratinocytoplasm . But, after the keratin was completely blocked , it was found that the IgG decreased in the above areas . It is suggested that the conjugation of AK auto Ab with keratin may provide the earliest 'biological information ' of the above - described reaction of epidermis . Dyskeratotic cells and hyaline corpuscles may be the results of interaction of the AK auto Ab of the exfoliative keratinocytes .
