天然免疫屏障-血脑屏障调节的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 天然免疫是人和动物免疫系统的重要组成部分,在抗感染过程中发挥关键作用,其中,血脑屏障是保护脑器官的天然卫士,能够阻止病原体和有害物质从血液进入脑组织和脑脊液,从而保护中枢神经系统稳定。血脑屏障通透性并非恒定不变,受到紧密连接和多种因子调控。本文综述了血脑屏障调节研究的进展。
