摘要
采用熔融共混法制备可生物降解聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)/聚丙烯(PP)熔喷非织造布切片,研究原料比例、共混温度、时间、转速对PPC/PP切片力学性能的影响,并研究不同原料比对切片热学性能,降解性能等的影响。结果表明:原料比例对力学性能的影响最大,在PPC与PP质量比为7∶3,共混温度为175℃,时间为5 min,转速为35 r/min时,PPC/PP切片的拉伸强度为13.02 MPa;PPC与PP质量比为6∶4时,熔体流动速率为1 563 g/10 min,符合熔喷非织造布要求;PPC/PP切片热分解温度比PPC有所提高;扫描电镜图显示PPC与PP质量比为7∶3的切片存在较少的凹陷或空洞;在磷酸缓冲液中降解30 d后降解率达3.62%。
The biodegradable slice of poly(propylene carbonate)(PPC)/polypropylene(PP) for meltblown nonwovens was prepared by melt blending,and the influence of the proportion of raw materials,blending temperature,blending time,speed of rotation on the mechanical properties of the slice was investigated,as well as the influence of proportion of raw materials on the thermal property and degradability of the slice.It was found that proportion of raw materials had the greatest influence on the mechanical properties.The tensile strength of PPC/PP slice was 13.02 MPa when m(PPC)∶m(PP)= 7∶3,blending temperature 175 ℃,blending time 5 min,speed 35 r/min.The requirement of meltblown nonwovens was satisfied when melt flow rate 1 563 g/10 min and m(PPC)∶m(PP)= 6∶4.The thermal decomposition temperature of PPC/PP slices was higher than that of PPC.SEM analysis showed that the slice with m(PPC)∶m(PP)=7∶3 exhibited,less depressions or cavities,and its degradation rate was 3.62% in phosphoric acid buffer solution after 30 days.
