聚苯硫醚/芳砜纶非织造过滤材料的耐高温及耐腐蚀性能 被引量:4

摘要 对聚苯硫醚/芳砜纶(PPS/PSA)不同共混比的非织造过滤材料的耐高温及耐腐蚀性能进行测试研究。结果表明:不同共混比条件下,针刺道数对非织造过滤织物的孔隙率、透气率和强力均有规律性影响;高温处理后织物的孔隙率、透气率总体变化不大且规律不明显;酸碱处理对孔隙率和透气性的影响不大,强力随酸碱浓度的增加而下降。在质量分数为5%的次氯酸钠产生的氧气作用下,孔隙和透气率变化不大,但强力随处理时间的增加而规律性降低。 The high temperature-and corrosion-resistance of PPS/PSA nonwoven filter materials with different blending ratios was tested,and the results showed that under different blending ratio conditions,needling number has regular influence on the porosity,permeability and strength of the nonwoven filter material.After high temperature treatment,no obvious change of porosity and permeability is observed and the regularity is not noticeable;and the impact of acid-base treatment on the porosity and permeability of the fabric is not remarkable,but the strength decreases with the increase of the concentration of acid and base.After treated with sodium hypochlorite(5% mass fraction),the porosity and permeability show faint change,but the strength reduces regularly as processing time increases.
