摘要
为使条并卷联合机的棉卷成型良好、精梳条的质量优良,对HC181型条并卷联合机的加压机构及压力进行研究。建立了加压机构的运动学、力学数学模型,编制MatLab程序,计算并绘制出保持棉卷成型良好的压力曲线,并模拟出曲线相应的方程。把该压力方程输入可编程控制器(PLC)用以控制电子比例阀,调节气缸压强,对棉卷生成过程中的压力进行在线控制。据此方法实际生产的棉卷的质量不匀率可降至0.1%。
In order to obtain better lap forming and fine quality of combed slivers,the pressure mechanism and pressure on HC181 Unilap were studied.Kinematics and mechanical mathematical models of the pressure mechanism were developed to compile MatLab program and the pressure curve that kept lap forming better has been computed and drawn,and the corresponding pressure equation was simulated,which was put into PLC(programmable logic controller) for controlling electronic ratio valve and regulating cylinder pressure,thus effecting on-line control of lap pressure in the course of lap forming.Weight unevenness of practical lap produced by above method can decrease to 0.1%.
