纺织品中致癌致敏染料检测的研究进展及存在问题

Research progress and existing problems on determination of carcinogenic and allergenic dyes in textiles

致癌致敏禁用染料作为生态纺织品标准检测体系中的重要项目,成为人们日益关切的对象和科学研究的热点。针对纺织品法规标准中致癌致敏染料信息混乱,前处理方式普遍提取效率不高,仪器在定量分析和定性确认方面易出现偏差等情况,对纺织品相关法规涉及的致癌致敏染料进行归纳,订正了文献中错误的化合物信息和结构,讨论了染料标准品混合溶液的分组原则,对现有的纺织品中致癌致敏染料检测方法和存在问题进行了回顾,并初步展望其发展趋势。

Carcinogenic and allergenic dyes,as an important item in ecological textile test,have become a growing concern and a hot topic of scientific research.In view of the following situation： information of carcinogenic and allergenic dyes in the textile regulations and standards is confused;extraction efficiency in pretreatment is generally not high;and deviation often appears during an instrument test with quantitative analysis and qualitative confirmation,this paper made an overview of the carcinogenic and allergenic dyes involved in related laws and regulations,verified some confusing information on dye compounds,summarized the grouping principles of standard mixed solution for dyes,reviewed the existing test methods and problems of carcinogenic and allergenic dyes,and presented prospects of the developing trend.
