摘要 为便于进行海洋钻井工艺的培训、教学和商业演示,开发了海洋钻井可视化教学软件。结合海洋钻井操作过程与起升系统运动特性,利用Solidworks软件实现三维井场建模,利用VRML与JAVA语言实现钻井系统运动建模,并且采用VRML浏览器ActiveX控件二次开发的方法实现了可视化软件的编制。软件采用多种VRML模型的优化方法,在保证模型品质的同时,大大减少了文件数据量,提高了软件的运行速度。 Offshore drilling simulator is a training equipment for simulation of driller operation, which was developed for training, teaching and business presentations. Based on the analysis of offshore drilling process and dynamic characteristics of lifting system of the rig, using Solidworks software to achieve the three- dimensional rig modeling is realized, and using VRML and Java language to achieve motion modeling of drilling system is realized as well. And the method of VRML browser ActiveX control is adopted to design the offshore drilling simulation software. The data of the model is reduced by using multiple model optimization methods. The software keeps the quality and has a good running speed.
