摘要
南开大学生物实验教学中心为在实验教学中践行高等教育培养创新人才、实现素质教育的目标,为本科生开设了高效液相色谱开放实验。通过精心把关实验项目选题、严把实验项目实施质量关、细化实验过程管理,取得了良好的教学效果。
The Biological Experimental Center of Nankai University has set up high performance liquid chromatography open experiments for undergraduates in order to cultivate innovative talents and achieve the goal of quality education in the experimental teaching. Obvious effects have been made by careful checks of pilot projects on topics, strict experimental project implementation quality, and refinement of the experimental process management.
