设计利用现代科学仪器 紧跟科学前沿的细胞生物学实验

Designing and using modern scientific instruments for cell biological experiments and following frontiers of scientific research closely

简要介绍了透射电子显微镜、激光扫描共聚焦显微镜和流式细胞仪等现代科学仪器的特点及其在细胞生物学研究中的应用;讨论了细胞生物学的一些前沿研究领域,如细胞衰老、肿瘤细胞诱导凋亡、干细胞及肿瘤细胞的诱导分化、细胞信号转导、细胞周期调控、小干扰RNA引起的细胞基因沉默等,提出了利用现代科学仪器,针对科学问题设置细胞学实验的构想,为高校创新型人才培养体系中课程建设提供参考。

This paper briefly introduces the key characteristics of modern scientific instruments such as Transmission Electron Microscope （TEM）, Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy （LSCM））and Flow Cytometry （FCM） and their application in cell biological research. The frontiers of cell biological researches, such as cell aging, tumor cell induced apoptosis, stem cells and tumor cells induced differentiation, cell signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, small interfering RNA induced gene silencing have been discussed. Some proposals have been suggested to design the biological experiments targeting scientific issues by using the modern scientific instruments, which would provide a fundamental reference for establishment of an innovative system of training talents in universities.
