摘要
针对我国高校分析测试中心大型仪器设备开放与共享方面普遍存在的问题,从管理机制、质量管理、基金制度和队伍建设等方面探讨了如何有效加强高校大型仪器设备开放与共享工作,提出了新形势下高校分析测试中心大型仪器开放与共享管理的思路和对策。
In response to the common problems regarding the opening and sharing management of university analysis and testing centers in our country, this article discusses how to improve the efficiency from the points of administration system, quality management, fund system and team building. According to the present situation, some proposals on scientific management of large-scale instruments and equipment are put forward.
