中央与地方共建观赏植物实验室管理模式探讨

Exploration on management mode of ornamental plant laboratory built by joint efforts of central and local authorities

结合河南农业大学中央与地方共建观赏植物实验室的建设实践,提出了"制度管理先行,科研促进教学"的管理模式。细述了观赏植物实验室的制度管理、仪器设备采购管理和专项经费使用管理的具体做法,为高校实验室建设提供有益参考。

The laboratory construction in colleges and universities plays an important role on cultivating talents. Combing the construction practice of the ornamental plant laboratory in Henan Agricultural University, the management mode of pushing the rules and regulations construction to the front and applying scientific research to improve teaching is put forward. It is pointed out to share experience with other colleges and universities on the laboratory construction is valuable.
