东南大学大型仪器设备共享平台的构建、使用管理以及使用效益一直是设备管理部门比较重视的问题。该文就如何构建一个一流大型仪器共享平台及如何培养大型仪器设备实验技术人才,提高大型仪器设备的使用效益问题进行探讨,提出针对大型仪器的监控模式和预约管理模式。

It is significantly important to set up a university level experimental platform to share large-scale and expensive instruments for the development of a university. The main concern of such platform focuses on the use efficiency and effective administration of those instruments and facilities. This paper proposes a model to discuss how to manage the expensive instruments, and cultivate the staff in order to improve the use efficiency of the instruments in the sharing platform.
