摘要
采用拉开法测定附着力、样板浸泡前后质量变化等方法比较了湿面防腐涂料和环氧玻璃钢的性能及其在冷却塔中的防腐应用情况。试验结果表明:湿面防腐涂料在施工工艺、施工环境条件、涂装成本上均明显优于玻璃钢,且达到了相同的防腐效果。
With pull-off method for determination of adhesion and immersion method for observation of sample mass changes etc., the performance and the applications of wet surface anticorrosion coatings and epoxy GRP in cooling tower were compared. The test results showed that the construction process, environmental conditions and painting cost of wet surface anticorrosion coatings is better than those of epoxy GRP. And it achieves the same effect in the anticorrosion performance.
