摘要
南泥湖露天钼矿采剥工程中的深孔台阶爆破,出现多起炮孔拒爆事故。通过对现场拒爆孔进行处理分析,以及对孔内残留炸药和雷管进行实验分析,初步总结出可能产生拒爆事故的多种原因。结果表明,引起炮孔拒爆的具体原因主要有爆破器材的质量问题以及炮孔装药技术存在缺陷等,并提出相应的解决措施,以避免拒爆事故的再次发生,保证矿山作业的安全。
Several misfire accidents in the deep-hole blasting took place during the opencast mining in Nannihu open-pit molybdenum mine.The misfire holes were tested and analyzed,and a variety of reasons were preliminarily summed up.The results showed the main reasons of misfire included the quality problem of blasting equipments,the defects of charging technology and so on.The corresponding solutions were proposed to avoid more misfire accidents and ensure the safety of mining operations.
