参柴调理丸抗疲劳及免疫调节作用的实验研究

Anti-Fatigue and Immunoregulation Function of Shenchaitiaoli Pill

目的观察参柴调理丸抗疲劳及免疫调节的作用效果。方法通过对小鼠负重游泳时间的影响和爬杆时间的影响,观察参柴调理丸抗疲劳的作用效果。选用对网状内皮系统对血流中惰性炭粒的吞噬廓清能力的影响实验、对鸡红细胞所致小鼠溶血素抗体生成的影响实验和对二硝基氯苯所致迟发型过敏反应的影响实验来观察参柴调理丸对免疫的调节作用。结果参柴调理丸可延长小鼠负重游泳和爬杆时间,增强溶血素抗体生成水平及二硝基氯苯所致迟发型过敏反应。结论参柴调理丸具有抗疲劳及增强免疫的作用。

Objective To research the mechanism of anti-fatigue and immunoregulation function of Shenchaitiaoli pill.Methods The anti-fatigue function of Shenchaitiaoli pill was studied by determination of loading swimming time and pole climbing time of the mice.Carob particle clearance method,serum hemolysin,skindelayed type hypersensitivity（DTH） reaction were used to observe the effect of Shenchaitiaoli pill on the immunological function in the mice.Results Shenchaitiaoli pill could significantly prolong the loading swimming time and pole climbing time of the mice,enhance the produce level of hemolysin antibody and the delayed type allergy reation induced by dinitrochlorobenzene.Conclusion Shenchaitiaoli pill has the effect of anti-fatigue,and can improve the immunity of the mice.
