摘要
研究了药用真菌灵芝关键药效成分胞内和胞外三萜酸液体发酵生产的关键技术。结果表明,灵芝胞内和胞外三萜酸较适宜的发酵条件为发酵温度30℃、摇床转速为160r/min、装液量80~100mL(250mL摇瓶)、接种量10%(v/v)、起始pH5.5~6.0、发酵时间7d,在此条件下,灵芝胞内和胞外三萜酸的产量可分别达到266.79mg/L和231.90mg/L以上。
The production of intracellular and extracellular triterpene acids of Ganoderma lucidum were studied in liquid fermentation. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions were as follows: culture temperature is 30 ℃, shaking speed is 160 r/min, liquid volume in flask (250 mL) is 80~100 mL, inoculum concentration is 10% (v/v), initial pH is 5.5~6.0, and culture time is 7d. Under theses conditions, the production yield of intracellular and extracellular triterpene acids were 266.79 mg/L and 231.90 mg/L, respectively.
