摘要
以微波消解-火焰原子吸收分光光度计为检测方法,以单项污染指数和综合污染指数为评价模式,检测与评价三峡库区鲤鱼中Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr和As等重金属元素。实验结果表明,三峡库区部分水产批发场鲤鱼中重金属含量存在Cd、Cr和As超标现象,其超标率分别为15%、10%、32%;单项污染指数表明鲤鱼中Pb、Cd、Cu3种重金属污染程度是安全的,Cr元素处于警戒级,尚在可控范围之内,As元素污染属于轻污染;综合污染指数表明鲤鱼开始受到重金属的污染。
Take microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer as detecting method, single pollution index and comprehensive pollution index were used to evaluate Pb, Cd, Cu, Cr, As and other heavy metals of carp in three gorges reservoir. The experimental results show that, the Cd, Cr and As content of carp exceeds the standard in some aquatic products wholesale market of the three gorges reservoir, its exceed the standard rate is respectively 15%, 10%, 32%. Single pollution index showed that the heavy metals pollution degree of Pb, Cd, Cu in carp is safe, the Cr element is in the warning level, still in controlled range, As element pollution belongs to light pollution. Comprehensive pollution index showed that the carp were beginning polluted by heavy metals.
