摘要
为研究三七根不同极性组分的抗氧化活性,按极性梯度对粗提物进行液-液萃取获取4个组分,测定了不同极性组分以及粗提物的总多酚、总黄酮含量和DPPH自由基的清除、还原力抗氧化能力指标,并研究了各组分总多酚、总黄酮含量和各抗氧化能力的相关性。结果显示:三七根粗提物和不同极性组分在不同抗氧化体系中均表现出不同程度的抗氧化活性;乙酸乙酯多酚含量、黄酮含量最高分别183.85mg GAE/gmd、152.33mg RE/gmd,同时该组分的DPPH清除与还原力也最强;各组分总多酚、总黄酮含量和DPPH、还原力具有显著相关性。因此三七根中含有丰富的多酚类化合物,具有较强的抗氧化性,可以作为天然抗氧化剂。
The objectives were to determine phenolic content and antioxidant activity of different polarity fractions of extract from roots of Panax notoginseng (Burk) F.H.Chen, four fractions were obtained by liquid-liquid extraction with stepwise gradient of solvents following crude extraction, and the total phenolic contents, the total flavonoid contents and DPPH scavenging activity, reducing power of the crude extract and fractions along with their correlations were determined. The results showed that the crude extract and fractions all exhibited different antioxidant activity. Ethyl acetate-soluble fraction showed the highest total phenolic content (183.85 mg GAE/g md) and total flavonoid content (152.33 mg RE/g md) accompanied with the best DPPH scavenging activity and reducing power. The IC50 values of DPPH scavenging activity for the crude extract and n-hexane, dichloromethane. There was a significant correlation between the total phenolic content, the total flavonoid contents and DPPH scavenging activity, reducing power. Thus, roots of Panax notoginseng (Burk) F.H.Chen possess the rich phenolic, the high antioxidant activity can be good candidates for natural antioxidants.
