摘要
提出了以亚麻籽皮为原料提取亚麻胶的新工艺。亚麻籽经脱皮、皮壳分离、冷榨脱脂、粉碎、水提、胶液分离、浓缩、醇沉、真空干燥、粉碎得到了纯度较高的亚麻胶。单因素和正交实验结果表明:颗粒度30~50目,固液比1:13,沸水提取2次后,离心分离,醇沉干燥后得到的亚麻胶黏度为6200mPa·s。通过该工艺处理后的亚麻籽皮粉末无需干燥,可直接提取木酚素。
New process for extracting flaxseed gum from flaxseed shell is studied in this paper. High concentrated flaxseed gum could be extracted from flaxseed shell by the following process. It includes shell-exuviating, separation of peel and shell, degreasing by cold pressing, crushing, water extraction, gum separation and concentration, alcohol precipitation, vacuum drying and final crushing. Form factors and orthogonal experiment results showed that the viscosity of flaxseed gum is 6200 mPa.s. when flaxseed particle size 30~50 mesh, be extracted twice by boiling water (ratio of solid and liquid (1:13)), then go through centrifugalization, alcohol precipitation. Lignin could be extracted from treated flaxseed shell powder by this process without drying.
