摘要
用空的圆珠笔芯水平放置的方式保护静态液相微萃取的一滴溶剂,并由此建立了静态液相微萃取(S-LPME)与高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定奶粉中双酚A的分析方法。考察了萃取溶剂、萃取溶剂体积、萃取时间对液相微萃取的影响,并且对HPLC操作条件进行了优化。该方法双酚A在0.10~3.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限(S/N=3)为0.050μg/L,平均回收率为95.8%,RSD=2.12%(n=5),奶粉中双酚A的平均含量为0.7371μg/g。该方法价廉、省时、环境友好、操作简便、准确可靠,适用于奶粉及其他包装食品中双酚A含量的测定。
In this experiment, an empty refill tube from a ball-pen was used to protect a drop of solvent in static liquid phase micro-extraction, and a new method for the determination of bisphenol A (BPA) in milk powder sample has been developed using static liquid-phase micro-extraction and high performance liquid chromatography. Experimental conditions that affected the liquid-phase micro-extraction such as extraction solvents, solvent volumes and extraction times were optimized. And the operational conditions of HPLC were optimized. The result indicated that the linear ranges was 0.10~3.0 μg/L, the limit of detection was 0.05 μg/L, the average recovery rate was 95.8% and the RSD was 2.12% (n=5). The average content of bisphenol A in milk powder was 0.7371 μg/g. The developed method is simple, environment friendly, sensitive and applicable for the analysis of environment water samples.
