摘要
目的了解北京市小学生洗手方法的掌握情况,为小学生洗手行为健康教育提供依据。方法采用观察法,观察随机抽取的北京市20所项目学校240名小学生的洗手情况。结果不考虑擦手环节,只有18.8%的小学生按照正确的洗手四步骤洗手;240名小学生中有25.0%洗手时长合格。洗手时洗手用品配备率为53.3%;学校未配备洁手用品的112名小学生均未使用洁手用品;学校配备洁手用品的128名小学生洁手用品使用率为63.3%。240名洗手的小学生中,144人(60.0%)的洗手池边张贴了洗手宣传品。结论应督促小学生采纳正确洗手方法。建议学校为小学生提供洁手用品。
Objective To learn the status quo of hand washing behavior of pupils in Beijing, and to probe the direction of work in future. Methods An observation was done on hand-washing behavior of 240 pupils in 20 primary schools. Results Without considering the hand-drying process, the rate of correct method to wash hand was 18.8%. The students would not use the hand cleaning supplies if they were not prepared in the primary schools, and the using rate was 63.3% in the primary students if the supplies were provided. Conclusion The pupils still need to form the proper hand-washing method. It is suggested that the school provides hand cleaning supplies.
