摘要
目的了解学生学习、出行、家务劳动及闲暇时间中的身体活动情况,为提高青少年身体素质提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,从成都市2个区选取8~17岁的中小学生1 402名进行问卷调查。结果 43.65%的学生步行到学校,其中小学生步行最多(51.05%);19.90%学生坐公交车到学校,其中高中生坐公交车最多(39.48%)。59.34%的学生放学后和周末参加体育锻炼;学习日和周末每天睡眠时间≥8 h的分别占72.96%,88.37%,每天静坐≥2 h的分别占60.41%,67.47%。结论应采取有针对性的措施,鼓励青少年参加体力活动,减少静态活动时间。
Objective To understand the students' physical activity in learning,travel,housework and leisure time,and to provide evidence for improving their physical constitution.Methods Multi-stage random sampling method was used to select 1 402 students aged 8 to 17 years old from two districts in Chengdu primary and secondary students to conducte the survey.Results About 43.65% of students walked to school,and most of them were pupils(51.05%);19.9% of the students went to school by bus,and most of them were high school students(39.48%);59.34% students participated in physical exercise after school and on weekends;about 72.96% and 88.37% of them slept more than 8 hours at home after school and on weekend;watching TV at home after school and doing homework for more than two hours per day accounted for 60.41% and 67.47%.Conclusion Targeted measures and intervention should be taken to increase physical activities and decrease sedentary action in adolescents.
