摘要
本文观察了重组人肿瘤坏死因子α(rTNF-α)对白血病细胞株U937,Raji和新鲜急非淋白血病祖细胞(CFU—L)生长的作用。证实TNF—α能够显著抑制自血病细胞的增殖,但不同的白血病细胞对TNF—α敏感性有一定的差异。细胞毒效应可能是其主要的作用机制。
The effects of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor alpha (rTNF-a ) on the growth of leukemic cell line U937, Raji and fresh leukemic cells from ANLL patients was investigated. The results show that rTNF-α could significantly inhibit growth of leukemic cells, although the sensitivity to rTNF-a varied considerably. The inhibition required the interaction of leukemic cells and rTNF-a lasting for more than 4 hours, and the cytotoxic effect might be the main mechanism.
