摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测定了川芷头痛丹中川芎嗪的含量,色谱柱为μ-Bondapok C_(18)(5μm),流动相为甲醇:水(82:18),紫外检测波长280nm,线性范围在0.0275μg—0.0826μg,相关性良好。
This paper reports the separation and determination of tetramethylpyrazine in chuan zhi tou tong dan by reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography.
The sample solution was injected into a reverse-phase, μ-Bondapack C-18 column directly, using methanol and water (82 : 18) as mobile phase, UV-detector at 280nm.
The method is sensitive, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Chuan Zhi Tou Tong Dan.
