miRNA靶位点多态性与大肠癌的研究进展

摘要 特异微小RNA(miRNA)的过度表达和沉默与大肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)的发生发展相关。目前发现,miRNA的调节作用同时受其靶位点多态性的影响,并参与了多种恶性肿瘤的演进。该文将就miRNA靶位点的多态性作为遗传标志物在肿瘤风险预警中的潜在作用作一综述,旨在为阐明CRC易感性和药物反应性个体差异提供新的解释。 Overexpression and silencing of specific microRNA (miRNA) are associated with the development and progression of colorectal cancer (CRC). Recent studies have demonstrated that the regulation of miRNA is also influenced by the polymorphism in its target site, which is implicated in the pathobiology of various cancers. In this paper, we will review the potential role of polymorphisms in microRNA target sites as genetic markers for risk assessment of cancers, with an aim to offer new insight into the study of individual difference in CRC susceptibility and pharmacogenetics.
