摘要
反应堆堆内构件的主要作用是支承和固定堆芯组件,并为控制棒的运动提供导向。在堆内构件制造的工艺环节中,需采用各类工装设备来保证其加工精度。受成品数量和尺寸的限制,相应工装设备的制造成本较高。为避免工装设备存在缺陷和不足,采用CAE技术在设计阶段对结构进行力学分析,并根据分析结果提出合理改进建议。通过上述工作,优化结构设计,节约设计和制造成本。
The main function of reactor internals is supporting and fixing core components, and providing guidance for control rod movement. During the reactor internals manufacturing process, it is needed to use all kinds of tooling equipment to ensure the machining accuracy. Restricted by the number and size of the finished product, the manufacturing costs are high. In order to avoid tooling equipment have unacceptable defects and deficiencies, CAE technology is applied in the design phase to ensure the structural. According to the results of the analysis, designer can put forwalxt reasonable suggestions for improvement. The above method can optimize the struc- tural design, and save the design and the manufacturing cost.
