荔枝草全草乙醇提取物的化学成分分析 被引量:9

摘要 荔枝草(Salviap lebeiaR.Br.)为唇形科(Lamiaceae)鼠尾草属(Salvia Linn.)植物,别名为蛤蟆草、雪见草和癞蛤蟆草等,其味苦、辛,性凉,具有清热解毒、利尿消肿和凉血止血的作用。作为中药始载于《本草纲目》,曾收载于《中华人民共和国药典》(1977年版)。 Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified from 95 % ethanol extracts from whole plant of Salvia plebeia R. Br. There areβ-sitosterol ( Ⅰ ), syringaresinol ( Ⅱ ), hispidulin ( Ⅲ ), nepetin (Ⅳ), 7-hydroxy emodin ( V ), ursolic acid ( VI ), luteolin (Ⅶ ), 2a, 3/3-dihydroxy-12-en-28-ursonic acid ( Ⅶ ), homoplantaginin ( Ⅸ ), nepitrin ( Ⅹ ), nepetidin ( XI), n-heneicosanol ( ⅩⅡ), apigenin (ⅩⅢ ). In which, compound ⅩⅠ is isolated firstly from Salvia Linn. and compounds Ⅱ, V, XI, ⅩⅡ and ⅩⅢ are isolated firstly from S. plebeia.
