摘要
从菊科植物灯盏花(Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.)Hand.-Mazz.)全草乙醇提取物中分离得到两个新颖的异香豆素类成分,命名为灯盏花酮C(1)和灯盏花酮D(2),其化学结构经波谱分析分别鉴定为8,9-dihydroxypyrano[3,2-c]isochromen-4,6-dione(1)和4,7-dihydroxy-3-(3-hydroxy-4-oxo-4H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-isochromen-1-one(2),二者分子结构中均连有罕见的γ-吡喃酮片段。
Two novel isocoumarins, erigeronone C (1) and D (2), were isolated from the ethanol extract of the whole plant of Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand.-Mazz (Compositae). Their structures were respectively elucidated as 8, 9-dihydroxypyrano [3, 2-c] isoehromen-4, 6-dione (1) and 4, 7-dihydroxy-3-(3-hydroxy-4-oxo- 4H-pyran-2-yl)-lH-isoehromen-l-one (2) on the basis of spectral analyses. Both structures of 1 and 2 possess a 7-pyrone moiety and that is rare in natural products.
