摘要
目的检测外阴高分化鳞癌中S100A8/A9及S100A4的表达情况,探讨其与外阴鳞癌的关系。方法采用SABC免疫组织化学方法检测10例外阴正常皮肤,30例外阴高分化鳞癌中S100A8/A9及S100A4的表达情况。结果 S100A8/A9表达于正常外阴表皮中的基底层细胞,阳性细胞的平均光密度值0.79461±2.094;而在外阴鳞癌中高表达于癌巢细胞,平均光密度值为2.5358±3.476,与正常组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。S100A4表达于正常外阴表皮的基底层细胞,真皮层有少量间质细胞阳性表达,平均光密度值0.3020±1.672,而在外阴鳞癌中癌巢呈阴性表达或极少细胞阳性,间质细胞呈高表达,平均光密度值0.5310±2.768,与正常组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 S100A8/A9和S100A4的表达与外阴鳞状细胞癌的癌变有关。
Objective To detect S100A8/A9 and S100A4 proteins expression in vulva normal skin, vulvar squamous J cell carcinoma (VSCC) of high differentiation and explore their relationships. Methods The expression of S100A8/A9 and S100A4 were detected in 10 normal vulvar skin, 30 vulvar squamous cell carcinomas of high differentiation by immunohistochemistry. Results S100Ag/A9 expressed in basal cell layers of normal vulvar epidermis and in the nests of VSCC. There was significant difference between these two groups(P 〈 0.05 ). S100A4 chiefly expressed in basal cell layers of normal vulvar epidermis and in the interstitial ceils near the nests of VSCC. There was significant difference between these two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of S100Ag/A9 and S100A4 is related to the development and occurrence of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma.
