摘要
患者女,23岁。12年前发现右腹部出现数十个米粒状小结节,质硬,无明显自觉症状。皮损组织病理示:真皮层见灶性板层状成熟骨组织,部分骨小梁周围可见成骨细胞。诊断:原发性皮肤骨瘤。
A 23-year-old female had presented with multiple and asymptomatic small nodular lesions on the right abdomen for 12 years. These lesions were as hard as bone. Histopathological examination showed that focal lamellar matured bone in dermis. Osteoblasts were around some of the bone trabecular. Diagnosis of primary osteoma cutis was made.
