地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹66例临床观察

Observation of Clinical Efficency of Desloratadine Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of 66 Patients with Chronic Urticaria

目的观察地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的116例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(66例)予地氯雷他定片5mg口服,1次/d,同时口服复方甘草酸苷片75mg,3次/d;对照组(50例)仅予地氯雷他定片5mg口服,1次/d。疗程均为4周。结果治疗结束后,治疗组有效率为93.94%,对照组为76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应均比较轻,未影响继续治疗。结论地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹安全有效。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of desloratadine combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （66 cases） and control group （50 cases）. The treatment group were given desloratadine （ 5mg, qd）, and compound glycyrrhizin （ 3 tablets, tid） orally; the control group were only given desloratadine（5mg, qd） and all the treatments courses were 4 weeks. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%, and the control group was 76.00%. The effective rate between two groups had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Neither group had severe adverse effect and the two groups could finish the treatments. Conclusion Treatment of desloratadine combined with compound glycyrrhizin is effective and safe.
