潜在的流感大流行病毒:H9N2禽流感病毒 被引量:15

摘要 流感是一种由甲(A)、乙(B)和丙型(C)流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病.根据甲型流感病毒的包膜糖蛋白,病毒可以分为1 ~16个血凝素(HA)和9个神经氨酸酶(NA)亚型,而这些均可从水禽体内分离出来[1].最近,人们又从蝙蝠的体内发现了H17亚型,但未能成功分离出病毒.按照病毒的致病性来分,可以将所有的H1-16亚型禽流感病毒分为高致病性、低致病性和无致病性禽流感病毒[2].至今为止,人们仅发现H5和H7两种高致病性禽流感病毒.H5、H9和H7等禽流感病毒被证实能够偶尔感染人[3].
