支持向量机神经网络在判别前列腺癌中的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨采用支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)神经网络模型,联合年龄、前列腺特异性抗原(prostate specific antigen,PSA)及经直肠超声声像特征进行判别预测前列腺癌的应用价值。方法采用MATLAB 2011a软件的LIBSVM-MAT-2.89-3程序包联合年龄、PSA、超声声像特征进行SVM神经网络判别分析。结果 SVM神经网络判别分析结果显示联合年龄、PSA及超声声像图特征诊断前列腺癌的准确率为87.14%,灵敏度为79.55%,特异度为90.63%。结论经直肠超声特征联合年龄、血清PSA的SVM神经网络模型对前列腺癌的预测诊断结果较好,可以有效提高前列腺癌的诊断率。
