摘要
目的:探讨硫酸钙骨水泥联合椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎爆裂骨折的临床效果。方法:选择35例患者使用硫酸钙骨水泥联合椎弓根内固定,并与单纯使用椎弓根内固定的患者比较,两组患者术中术后情况以及术后椎体前缘高度比值、后凸Cobb角及复位丢失率。结果:两组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),同时术中出血亦无统计学意义(P>0.05),而术后下床时间上,观察组则显著快于对照组(P<0.05),术后观察组患者椎体前缘高度比值显著大于对照组(P<0.05),后凸Cobb角显著小于对照组(P<0.05),而复位丢失率则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用硫酸钙骨水泥联合椎弓根内固定能更好的恢复患者脊柱稳定性,促进患者术后恢复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of calcium sulfate cement combined with pedicle screw internal fixation for lumbar burst fractures. Method: 35 cases used calcium sulfate cement combined with pedicle screw internal fixation and other 35 cases only used of transpedicular fixation, compared the two groups with operation and postoperative anterior vertebral body height ratio, kyphosis angle Cobbs and loss of reduction. Result: There's no statistical significance difference in operation time and intraoperative bleeding between two groups ( P〉0.05 ) , postoperative recovery time of observation group was significantly earlier than control group ( P〈O. 05 ) i postoperative patients of observation group was significantly larger than control group ( P〈0. 05 }, kyphosis Cobbs angle was significantly smaller than control group ( P〈0.05 ), and the loss of reduction rate was significantly lower than control group ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion: The use of calcium sulfate bone cement combined with pedicle screw internal fixation can better recovery patients with spinal stability and promote postoperative recovery.
