青光眼滤过手术成功要素的探讨

Success Factors of Glaucoma Filtration Surgery

目的:探讨青光眼滤过手术的成功要素。方法:随机选取2011年1月至2012年1月我院收治的60例青光眼患者,所有患者在手术进行的前3d,停止使用滴皮质固醇、缩瞳剂类的滴眼液,只需要做球周麻醉,不需要在结膜下注射麻醉,减少患者出血的机会,在手术后彻底止血。结果:60例患者中57例在手术后眼压控制在正常水平,在手术后的第1天,前房即形成,在随访成功之后,发现仅有1例患者在随访成功后10d缝线滑脱;2例患者在手术后出现包裹性滤过泡;3例患者经过无菌处理后均恢复正常,余下的57例患者未出现并发症。结论:在手术前后,细致的留意每一个细节,就可提高手术的治愈率。

Objective： To study the success factors of glaucoma filtration surgery. Method： From January 2011 to 2012 January,60 cases of glaucoma patients in our hospital were selected. Three days before sur gery, all patients stopped using drops cortex, the miotic eye drops, only with peribulbar anesthesia, to re duce bleeding in the subconjunctival injection. Result ：57 cases in 60 patients with postoperative intraocu lar pressure kept on normal levels, the anterior chamber formed the first day after surgery with a successful followup, we found only one patient suture slippage in the 10 days of followup after the success ; 2 patients encapsulated bleb after surgery; 3 patients were restored to normal after aseptic processing, the remaining 57 patients without complications. Conclusion：Before and after surgery, pay attention to every detail, the cure rate of surgery well be improved.
