阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊辅助治疗VVC疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊辅助治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年1月至12月于本院进行治疗的280例单纯性VVC患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组每组各140例,治疗组采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊及阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊进行治疗,对照组则仅采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊进行治疗,后将两组患者治疗后1个疗程及2个疗程的总有效率、Sobel评分及治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月的复发率进行统计及比较。结果:治疗组治疗后1个疗程及2个疗程的总有效率高于高于对照组,Sobel标准各指标评分均低于对照组,治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月的复发率均低于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊辅助治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病效果确定,可明显提高治疗总有效率及控制复发率。
