顺行交锁髓内钉在治疗肱骨干骨折中对肩袖的影响 被引量：10

摘要 目的通过临床病例对照研究来观察顺行交锁髓内钉在治疗肱骨干骨折中对肩袖的影响。方法肱骨干骨折60例,分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例),分别应用顺行与逆行交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折,术后采用Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分评定肩关节功能。结果随访2年后,两组术后Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺行交锁髓内钉在治疗肱骨干骨折中可损伤肩袖,治疗过程中应注意对肩袖进行修复。
