摘要 目的探讨COPD综合管理模式对患者肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法对364例COPD患者进行住院时及出院后连续综合干预,通过电话随访、病友联谊会、患者再次入院等方式进行管理,内容包括戒烟、家庭氧疗、药物吸入治疗方法、营养支持、呼吸肌训练、上下肢运动训练、心理护理、无创呼吸机治疗等;资料输入电脑,对COPD患者进行管理,2年后统计效果。结果经COPD综合管理模式干预后患者FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC(%)、6MWD、改良英国MRC呼吸困难指数(mMRC)分级干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 COPD综合管理模式,提高患者对疾病治疗依从性,有效改善肺功能,减轻症状,从而提高生活质量。系统的COPD综合管理模式对患者非常有益。 Objective To investigate the synthetic administration of COPD' s contribution on pulmonary function and quality of life. Methods Apply sequence intervention of synthetic administration of COPD on 364 patients during both hospitalization through telephone follow-up, patients association, patients readmission approach, which included: smoking cessation, home oxygen therapy, drug inhalation treatment, nutritional support, respiratory muscle training, upper and lower ex- tremity exercise training, psychological care, and non-invasive treatment of ventilator, etc. By importafter two years the data into the computer, manage of COPD patients, and evaluate statistical effects after two years. Results The intervention of synthetic administration of COPD on patients' FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ( % ), 6MWD, improvement the British MRC dyspnea index (mMRC) grading was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusion Synthetic administration of COPD improved compliance, lung function and quality of life of patients, and reduced symptoms. Patients were benefited from synthetic administration of COPD.
